General Information: By booking an appointment with Tresses Salon, LLC, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. The salon reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available at www.TheTressesSalon.com. Appointments and Cancellations: Booking: Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. All bookings require confirmation. Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within this period may incur a [20%-50%] charge of the service cost. No-Show: If a customer fails to show up for their appointment without prior notice, a fee of full service cost will be charged. Payments: Payment for services is due on the day of the appointment. We accept cash and credit cards. Prepayment: Some services may require a deposit or full prepayment at the time of booking, especially for extended or special treatments. Refund Policy: No refunds are issued once services are rendered. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you if you're not happy with the result. Late Arrivals: Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you are more than [15-20] minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or shortened, and a late fee may apply. Personal Belongings: Tresses Salon, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items during your visit. We recommend you leave valuables at home or keep them with you during your appointment. Allergies and Health Conditions: Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your service. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions caused by products or treatments. We also ask that heavy use of perfume and cologne be kept to a minimum due to allergies. Salon Conduct: We expect all customers to behave respectfully to our staff and other clients. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of the appointment and refusal of future services. Gift Certificates and Vouchers: Gift certificates and vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise stated. Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash. Promotions and Discounts: All promotions and discounts are subject to availability and cannot be combined with any other offers. Terms may vary by specific service or package. Service Guarantees: While we strive to provide excellent results, we cannot guarantee the outcome of certain services due to individual factors such as hair or skin type. If you're not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24-48 hours to discuss possible remedies. Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Liability: Tresses Salon, LLC is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or after a salon service, except in cases of negligence or intentional misconduct. Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or behaves inappropriately. Photography and Social Media: We may take photos or videos for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any media, please inform the staff beforehand.
